Ok so I want a website, now what??
Once you contact us, we supply you with a website brief. This is a simple document that enables us to gather the information we require to develop your website. Once completed and returned, Clients will be issued with an invoice for a once off admin fee of R100. Once this fee has been paid, clients domain and email address’s will be set-up within 5 working days and details of how to access your email will be sent to you. An under construction page will be placed on your domain and a draft website will be created for you. You will be given the opportunity of viewing the website and requesting changes before the website is complete. Once completed, your website will be uploaded and visible to the general public.
What if I want more than 3 pages on my website?
Additional pages are available at R300 per page
What if I want to update my website?
Clients will be allowed one basic set of changes every 6 months
Basic changes include text and picture changes, major structural changes and additional pages will be charged accordingly.
Is there ongoing support? What happens if I cant access my website or email?
Yes, Virtual Canvas offers 24 hours support. Simply send an email to support@virtualcanvas.co.za and someone from our technical department will attend to your problem.
Can I access my email from anywhere?
Yes. You will be supplied with a url (example: webmail.yourdomain.co.za) where you can access your email from anywhere online
Can I link my website to my blog or facebook page?
Yes , all you have to do is supply us with a link to your facebook or blog page.
Can I access my email via my blackberry?
